What counts against my 25 advisory hours?
Advisory hours cover hands-on work like query tuning, schema changes, troubleshooting, and planning sessions. Monitoring, alerting, and emergency response do NOT count against your hours—those are always included. Most clients use 15-20 hours monthly; unused hours don't roll over but indicate we should discuss moving to Essential tier.
